Everything in one place

When you log in, you see the, zones and rooms. As an administrator, you’re also able to see comfort check reminders and which members of your staff are logged in.
You can access all settings by tapping/clicking on the hamburger menu at the top left on your home screen.

Create a map of your care home in zones. These zones will contain the rooms (or suites)

This is where you set up resident’s door numbers, and assign them to one of your zones.

Residents are your ‘customers’. From this screen, you will be able to manage individual profiles, add a new customer and archive a customer.

Reminders menu takes you to a list of residents who have tasks scheduled against them. You can add, edit and delete reminders. This screenshot shows the individual reminder settings.

This is where you manage your staff accounts. You can add a new staff, edit their profiles, reset their passwords and remove them when they stop working with you.

There are 4 record types in this menu. Each of these has sub-types which carry all the fields to be filled in by staff when they are logging the records of care.

This setting applies for all residents. If no records have been submitted in the system for any resident after a while, their name will appear on the home screen, prompting the manager to get the resident checked. You can set this to a few hours or even just an hour.

You can view previous records here, create a new record for your visit and export a list of visits to a spreadsheet.

All done! You have successfully logged out and someone else can log in.
