Equipment
The system is responsive. This means you can use it on a desktop, laptop and mobile devices of any size.
Do you have wifi?
You need wifi signal for your mobile devices. You may want to designate a charging station for the devices, or just mount them on the walls at strategic positions in the house.
Your role in security
Use a screen lock code or pin so that unauthorised visitors do not have access to the records. The system is encrypted to avoid any wifi snooping from your neighbours.
Sign out users
managers can see the staff members who are logged in at any given time. Remind staff to sign out, then back in at the beginning of a shift. This ensures that the records are logged against the correct staff member.
Device hygiene
Clear unwanted apps from your mobile devices and remove excess launch icons from the home screens. This will help all find the app icon fast when they need it.
